There are great homes AND money available to lend.  Yes it's true, we work with lenders that are looking for buyers to work with.  Of course the key word is "qualified".  While the media has made it seem that lending institutions are all out of money, the key to actually getting a home loan is being qualified.  A lot of qualified buyers are waiting because they think the money has dried up out there...not all true.  If you are qualified with good FICO scores then you should investigate your options and take advantage of this real estate market.
